《To Asia with Love》:童年回憶中的美食和故事


澳大利亞華裔作家、廚師、Arthur Street Kitchen的創辦人Hetty McKinnon的作品告訴我們一個道理:世界上唯一比美食更美好的東西,就是和親朋好友分享美食。她的2021年新書《To Asia, With Love: Everyday Asian Recipes and Stories from the Heart》取材於她童年回憶中廣東母親所烹飪的色香味俱全的佳餚。這次Hettie和 香港Petiteamanda的創辦人Amanda Strang展開對話,討論經營美食產業的經理、如何了解顧客的口味、美食風尚的演化、還有各種文化中美食的含義。Tatler Asia美食欄目總編輯Charmaine Mok將主持本次活動。

Hetty McKinnon is a Chinese-Australian cook and food writer based in Brooklyn, New York. She is the author of four bestselling cookbooks – Community, Neighbourhood, Family and, her latest, To Asia, With Love.
Amanda Strang is a model turned pastry chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and co-hosted a culinary show with Hong Kong acclaimed food critic Chua Lam.
