2021 Young Readers Festival at K11 Musea!

K11 is working with Hong Kong International Literary Festival (HKILF) to host a series of children’s book author talks this May, with the aim to encourage a love of reading and instil key values of confidence, familial love and environmental awareness. From the 8th – 9th May, we are pleased to present three free events for the public to enjoy, starting at 1600 on both days.

Joanne Li
Joanne is the Director of Leadership Development at a premium workspace provider, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation, a corporate trainer and the author of Please Be You. Please Be You was featured as Bookazine’s Top 5 Children’s Book in February 2020 and Kickstarter’s “Project We Love”.

Bhakti Mathur
Bhakti Mathur is a freelance journalist and an author who created the popular Amma Tell Me Series of picture books about Indian festivals and mythology. She has sixteen published titles to date.

Suzanne Younan
Suzanne Younan, who moved to Hong Kong in 2015 with her family, is a true nature enthusiast and environmental guardian who loves animals and hiking. She was compelled to write The Green Dragon while working at Green Dragons HK, a volunteer organization she founded back in 2017.

K11 與香港國際文學節（HKILF）合作，於今年5月舉辦一系列童書作者演講，推動閱讀風氣，並藉此灌輸自信、家庭的愛及環保意識等人生不可或缺的價值觀。由5月8-9號起，每日1600點鐘開始，我們好高興為觀眾帶來3個免費活動。

Joanne身兼多職，她是領導力發展總監、國際教練聯盟認可的專業認證教練、企業培訓師及《Please Be You》的作者。《Please Be You》於2020年2月位列Bookazine 「最佳童書」首五位。

Bhakti Mathur是一位自由撰稿人及作家。她出版了廣受歡迎的《Amma Tell Me》圖畫書系列，當中介紹了不少印度的節日及古代神話故事。她至今已出版了十六本書籍。

Suzanne Younan
Suzanne Younan 於2015年與家人移居香港。她熱愛大自然，是一位環保主義者。另外，她熱愛遠足和動物。2017年，Suzanne 成立志願機構 Green Dragons HK，並編寫 The Green Dragon一書。
