Rebecca Brosnan

Rebecca is the IFC Nominated Director of the City Bank, Bangladesh’s leading commercial bank and is also serving on the Board Risk Management Committee. She is also the Chief Operating Officer of Mother’s Choice, a leading NGO dedicated to serving children without families and pregnant teenagers in Hong Kong. As COO, she is responsible for organization-wide strategy development, financial and investment management, impact measurement, and runs the seven front-line businesses within the organization.

A passionate believer in social engagement, Rebecca serves as a Director of the Board and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Generations Christian Education, which operates several primary schools in Hong Kong. She previously served on the Asia-Pacific Regional Board of Room to Read, a global NGO dedicated to education and literacy for children around the world. In 2016, China Daily and the Asia News Network awarded Rebecca the Asian Women’s Leadership Award recognizing her as an agent of change in her community and a role model in entrepreneurship, innovation, charity and the empowerment of women.
