Ophelia Tam

Ophelia supports Mind HK’s website resources, campaigns, and is part of the anti-stigma campaign “More Than a Label” team. She has been passionate about psychology since a young age, knowing that the human mind and behaviour plays an important part in her personal growth and overcoming difficult moments in life. She graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong majoring in psychology and received clinical training through her IAPT practicum. She believes raising public awareness of mental health is the ultimate first step to improving mental health and is passionate about using content and creative means to create a safe and supportive environment in Hong Kong whereby mental health conversations are normalised.
