Minal Mahtani is the CEO and Founder of OCD & Anxiety Support Hong Kong, a registered mental health charity (91/16212) dedicated to supporting and educating adults and teenagers who are affected by OCD, Depression and Anxiety Disorders. Minal has received training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy and possesses degrees in both Psychology and Education. She is the co-author of Amazon’s 2021 Best Seller #Myvoice – a Collective Memoir by Women of Substance, and the pioneer of the Green Ribbon Campaign in Hong Kong, which runs in October each year during World Mental Health Month. She is in the process of opening a counselling clinic to make mental health counselling affordable and accessible to all called the Rainbow of Hope (in honour of her Late mother Mira). Minal received the ‘HK Woman Entrepreneur‘ award by Citicorp in 2020 and “HK Women of Wellness’ award by Liv Magazine in 2021.
