Biography

Kaitlin Chan is a cartoonist and cultural worker from Hong Kong. She is currently working on a graphic memoir on queerness and friendship set in Hong Kong and Taiwan, forthcoming in 2022. She is a co-founder of Queer Reads Library (est. 2018), a mobile collection of books and zines centring queer subjectivity and experiences. The library has been exhibited in over eight cities and has organised readings and discussions in Hong Kong and overseas. She was a recipient of the Mortimer Hays-Brandeis Traveling Fellowship from 2019 to 2020.

陳嘉賢是一位香港動畫師和文化工作者。2018年,她聯合創辦Queer Reads Library,一個以酷兒主體性及酷兒經驗為主題的線上書刊雜誌—它曾在超過八國城市展覽,又在香港及海外舉辦過讀書會和座談會。她又獲得了2019-20年的Mortimer Hays-Brandeis旅行獎學金。目前她正在籌備一部以香港和台灣為背景,講述酷兒與友誼的圖像回憶錄,作品將會在2022年面世。
