Ka Ying Chow

Ka Ying is an educator and literati, who enjoys storytelling. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Journalism and Communication from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics, and had previously studied in the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris. in 2013, she created Slowdown Town, a magazine that encourages a slow, relaxed pace of living and is published exclusively in print.
