Jennifer Wong

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Jennifer Wong is the author of two poetry books including Goldfish. Her pamphlet, Diary of a Miu Miu Salesgirl, will be published by Bitter Melon Poetry in September 2019. Her new collection, Letters Home, will be published by Nine Arches Press in 2020. She studied English at Oxford and has an MA in creative writing from the University of East Anglia and a PhD in creative writing from Oxford Brookes University. Her poems have appeared in World Literature Today, Oxford Poetry, The Rialto, Prairie Schooner, Magma, Stand, The North, Wildness, The Scores, Cha: An Asian Literary Journal, Voice & Verse and others. She has also published translations in the Poetry Review, Modern Poetry in Translation and Pathlight. She received the Hong Kong Young Artist Award (Literary Arts) in 2014 and was a runner-up for the inaugural Bi’an Award in the UK. She has taught creative writing at City Lit in London, Oxford Brookes and Poetry School.

王詠思是香港土生土長的作家，著有包括《Goldfish》兩本詩集。她的新作小冊子《Diary of a Miu Miu Salesgirl》將於 2019 年 9 月由 Bitter Melon Poetry 出版，而文集《Letters Home》將在 2020 年由 Nine Arches Press 出版。王詠思畢業於牛津大學英國文學系，同時持有東英吉利亞大學創意寫作碩士學位，以及牛津布魯克斯大學創意寫作博士學位。她的詩作獲刊登在多本文學刊物，包括：《World Literature Today》、《Oxford Poetry》、《The Rialto》、《Prairie Schooner》、《Magma》、《Stand》、《The North》、《Wildness》、《The Scores》、《Cha: An Asian Literary Journal》、《聲韻詩刊》等。她亦在《Poetry Review》、《Modern Poetry in Translation》和《Pathlight》刊登過翻譯作品。於 2014 年，王詠思榮獲香港青年藝術家（文學）獎，亦是英國「彼岸」寫作大賽（Bi’an Award）的亞軍。她曾在倫敦教育學院 City Lit、Poetry School 及牛津布魯克斯大學教授創意寫作。
