Jeannie Cho Lee is the first Asian Master of Wine and an award-winning author, television host, educator, judge and wine consultant. Jeannie is currently a Professor (of Practice) at the HK Polytechnic University School of Hotel & Tourism Management and a wine consultant to Singapore Airlines. She is a wine columnist for Robb Report China and is the Burgundy Chair for Decanter’s World Wine Awards London. Jeannie is on the board of the Foundation of La Cite du Vin, as well as The Nature Conservancy’s Asia Pacific Council. Jeannie’s three books, The 100 Burgundy, Mastering Wine and Asian Palate, have won numerous awards, including the Gourmand Awards for 2010 Best Food and Wine Pairing Book in the World and the 2020 Best Wine Book in the World for French Wines. In 2021, she was awarded the prestigious Chevalier dan l’Ordre national de la Legion d’Honneur by the President of France.
