Biography

Half French, half Taiwanese model turned pastry chef graduating from Le Cordon Bleu. Co hosted a culinary show with Hong Kong acclaimed food critic Chua Lam. Amanda always had a passion for food growing up in France, Taiwan, India and US before moving to HK. Worked at Caprice and Laduree before having her own patisserie petite Amanda.
