Volunteers and Internships

Helping out with every aspect of festival planning, from office work to event coordination, our volunteers are often the first point of contact for the public and for our authors, and are a vital and valued part of our organisation.

If you would like to volunteer, please email info@festival.org.hk with the subject title “HKILF Volunteer” or directly sign up here.

We are currently accepting spring internship applications (January to end of April 2022). Interns get to work directly with the whole team and are a valued part of our organisation. During their time with the Festival, interns will gain insight into literature and arts management, assisting with tasks ranging from editing, marketing and PR to event coordination.

Our interns are an important and valued part of our team, assisting with tasks ranging from editing to event coordination. Internships are available on a part-time or full-time basis and are unpaid.

If you are a student or a recent graduate and are interested in becoming an intern at HKILF, please email a cover letter and your resume to info@festival.org.hk with “2022 Spring Internship Application” in the subject line.
