In 2009 we received funding and support from a number of organizations. This funding accounts for about half of our total annual costs, with the rest made up of fund-raisers, donations and ticket revenue. We wish to continue to provide a number of events, including university lectures, free-of-charge and to ensure that our Schools Programme prices remain low in order for as many students to attend as possible.

The Man Hong Kong International Literary Festival is a not-for-profit organization with a very small staff and limited financial resources. We rely on the generosity of individuals and corporations to keep the Festival going from year to year.
