Susan Scarlata

Susan Scarlata's essays, poetry and reviews have appeared in the magazines 1913, Conduit, The Denver Quarterly, Fence, Typo and others; she is the author of It Might Turn Out We Are Real, just our from Horse Less Press. Scarlata has designed and taught courses at Universities, held residencies, and led writing workshops for students of all ages as well as teachers. She holds an MFA from Brown University, where she was awarded the Francis Mason Harris Award, and a PhD from the University of Denver. She is the Executive Editor of Lost Roads Publishers, an independent literary press, which publishes essential works of art and literature. Scarlata is a Professor of Writing and Literature at SCAD Hong Kong. |
