Stephen McCarty is the Editor in Chief of the Asia Literary Review and a former Literary Editor of the South China Morning Post, both based in Hong Kong. He is highly sought after as a moderator, having appeared at literary festivals in Melbourne, Jaipur, Bali, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. He likes to think his sessions are pitched somewhere between the circus and a Parisian literary salon.
