She now runs the Hong Kong-based literary agency, Peony Literary Agency. Peony is one of Asia’s leading agencies outside of Japan. The agency represents some the top selling and established writers in China including Su Tong, author of the award winning Boat to Redemption and author of the Oscar winning film Raise the Red Lantern, Han Han, China’s bestselling author and Yan Geling, author of The Uninvited, published by Faber & Faber.
