Christine Loh is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the independent, non-profit public policy think-tank, Civic Exchange. Aside from her academic publications and research papers on areas of public policy, she has written many books, including Idling Engine - Hong Kong's Environmental Policy In a Ten Year Stall 1997-2007. She has been widely recognised for her work and received an OBE in 2007.
