Now in its sixth year, The Man Hong Kong International Literary Festival brings together celebrated authors from around the world each March. The focus on English literature with Asian roots makes the Festival unique in the Inter-national literary calendar, affirming Hong Kong’s role as the cultural and creative hub of Asia.
The Festival is a not-for-profit organisation, funded by corporate and local sponsorship, international arts bodies, ticket sales and donations. As a Friend of the Festival your contribution will help us to showcase world class authors, encourage literacy, debate and celebrate writing ... and it also allows you to play a part in supporting literature and the arts in Hong Kong.
Join other lovers of literature and donate HK$350 to become a 2006 Friend of the Festival. In appreciation, Friends of the Festival receive:
- An invitation to an exclusive event with Festival headliners
- A one-year subscription to Dimsum, Asia’s Literary Journal (value HK$300)
- Year-round discounts on Festival events
- 7 days advance priority booking
- 10% discount on books at the Festival bookshop
